About the Director

My name is Tamara Jones. I am a wife to Phillip Jones and a mother to three beautiful daughters. Kearee(13), Melanie(11), and Kaylee(6). I grew in the heart of Oak Cliff.

I have always had a passion for working with children and knew in kindergarten that I wanted to teach. I graduated from Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet Center School of Education and Social Service. In 2013, I received my bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas A&M University-Commerce. I currently hold a teacher certification to teach early childhood-6th grade, ESL-English as a Second Language, and Special Education. I have 15+ years working with children which includes 10 years of teaching experience.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, caring, fun and nurturing environment and to meet each child’s individual intellectual, emotional, physical and social needs.
